CBS HealthWatch
This project involved coordinating the objectives of two companies and two design firms. Medscape had acquired MediaLogic based in San Francisco. Together, they developed CBS HealthWatch in cooperation with CBS. This was the first redesign of the site...a bi-coastal operation. The site was designed primarily by Motivo with significant input from Medscape.

Challenges:
Coming to consensus on features with Editorial, Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Executive, and IT groups involved the majority of the development cycle. Incorporating focus group and usability test results into the final design was a critical component.
